Chocolate Cherry Mousse Cups
This taste so good and is easy to make
Ingredients:
1 can (20 ounces) No Sugar Cherry Fruit Filling1 package (1.4 ounces) sugar free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix1/2 cup mini chocolate chips1 container (8 ounces) fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen puff pastry shells
Directions:
1. In medium mixing bowl, fold together ½ can no sugar cherry fruit filling, pudding mix, chocolate chips and whipped topping. Divide mixture evenly between baked pastry shells (bake pastry shells according to package directions). Top with spoonfuls of remaining no sugar cherry fruit filling. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours.
Makes 12 servings Prep time: 5 minutes
